I Spy---- the first real snow!!

The first appreciable snowfall 27 Nov 2013

And so it begins! 2013's snow season. I hope we get some great snow for pictures but not enough to interfere with travel in February or early March ;-) It certainly looks pretty this morning.

I have finished my "baby sewing" for now. I did a little I Spy quilt and offer a couple of pics of it for WIP Wednesday even though I FINISHED it last night- TUESDAY. It COULD be better . This is not my bag so much any more and I forget some of the tricks but , all in all, I like it and KNOW it will provide lots of cuddle and fun in years to come.

    Cute quilt -- and it will indeed be loved. I know what you mean about being a bit rusty if you don't make this sort of thing as much any more. It's good to keep one's hand in!

    oh yes, winter, what to say about that. Good thing your quilt is bright enough to light up a room. I'm sure that mum and baby will love it.

    I've always loved I spy quilts and have been collecting fabrics. I like the pattern you used.
    I'm finding it hard to squeeze in some art work in between my Christmas crafting or bit of shopping.
